Where South Pattaya is
South Pattaya, Pattaya Tai in Thai, is the part of the city facing the southern end of Pattaya Beach. It reaches inland on both sides of South Pattaya Road, which joins Sukhumvit Road at about km 147. It includes Walking Street but not Buddha Hill or Jomtien, which lie further south.
The beach ends at the entrance to Walking Street. Just south of South Pattaya Road, Second Road becomes Pratumnak Road, and the same junction meets the south end of Third Road and the start of Thappraya Road to Jomtien. That junction is the gateway to Pratumnak Hill and the quickest way over to Jomtien.

Where do ferries to Ko Lan leave from?
