Arcadia Millennium Tower is one tower of 46 floors with 803 units on a plot of about 4 rai, developed by CRS Star Co., Ltd. and completed in 2021. Shared facilities are spread over the lower levels, the 31st floor and the roof:

• infinity pools with sundecks on the 31st floor and on the rooftop at the 46th floor
• a fitness centre with a steam room and sauna on the 31st floor
• a hotel-style lobby with reception, plus a café and bakery
• a kids' playground and a kids' pool
• Zen relaxation zones and landscaped gardens
• high-speed lifts, free Wi-Fi and a rooftop helipad
• 24-hour security with CCTV and key-card access

Parking is underground and on site, with spaces for about 40% of the units.

One-bedroom suites come in plans of about 29, 37 and 43 square metres and up. Two-bedroom suites run from about 42 to 84 square metres and up, including sea-view corner and oceanfront VIP corner plans. Penthouses on the high floors are larger and have private Jacuzzis. The common fee is ฿40 per square metre per month; multiply the unit size by that rate for a monthly estimate.

Renting: ask which floor and side the unit faces, whether the rent includes the common fee, how electricity and water are billed, how many months of deposit the owner wants and how long the contract runs. Buying: foreigners can own condominium units freehold up to 49% of a building's total unit area, so ask whether the unit you want can transfer in a foreign name, and bring the money in from abroad with the bank's foreign exchange transaction form. Ask the juristic office for a debt-free letter before transfer, check that the common fee is paid to date, and read any rental or management agreement attached to the unit to see whether it continues after the sale.
