About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the 09Wi Property Consultant website. The website is operated by So Simple Trip Co., Ltd., registration number 0205563005753, registered head office 103/7 Moo 9, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung, Chon Buri 20150. By using the website you accept these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Listings and accuracy

Listings are based on information from owners, villa operators and car owners. We check the details before a listing goes live, but sizes, features and facts can contain errors or change. Confirm anything that matters to you before you sign or pay. Photos on a listing show that property. Building and area facts show the date they were checked and their sources.

Prices are in Thai baht, are set by the owner and can change. A listing is an invitation to enquire. A property is secured only when you sign a lease, sale contract or booking with the owner or operator and pay what it requires.

Availability

Each listing shows whether it is available, reserved, rented or sold, and the date it is free. Status can change between your enquiry and our reply, especially for popular units, so we confirm availability with the owner before a viewing or booking.

Fees

Tenants, buyers, villa guests and car renters pay 09Wi no fee. We are paid a commission by the owner, villa operator or seller, at a rate agreed privately with them. If anyone asks you for an agency fee in 09Wi's name, please contact us before you pay.

Payments

We do not take payments on this website. Rent, deposits, purchase money and villa or car payments are paid as set out in the lease, contract or booking terms you agree with the owner or operator. Check the recipient's details with us by phone before you transfer money.

Rentals, villas and cars

Homes

We let condos, houses, villas and rooms for 30 days or more. The lease between you and the owner sets the rent, deposit, notice period and other terms.

Pool villas by the night

Each pool villa is run by its own operator. The operator's price, deposit, check-in times and house rules apply, and a booking is confirmed only when the operator confirms it.

Cars

The rental terms for each car, including any deposit and insurance, are sent to you before you agree. You must hold a driving licence that is valid in Thailand and follow Thai traffic law. Cars for sale are described by their owners; inspect the car and its papers before you buy.

Guides are general information

Our guides explain Thai rules on renting, buying, ownership and taxes in general terms, with their sources and the date they were checked. They are not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation, and the law can change. Take independent professional advice before a purchase or a long lease.

Content and photos

The text, photos and layout of this website belong to So Simple Trip Co., Ltd. or to the owners who supplied them, except photos credited to another author under an open licence, such as Creative Commons. Those photos stay under their own licence, and their credit and licence are shown with them. You may share links to our pages, but do not copy listings, or photos supplied by us or by owners, for another website or advertisement without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but to the extent Thai law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by errors in owner-supplied information, by a change in a listing's status, or by the website being unavailable for a time. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Thai consumer protection law.

Thai law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
