The Urban Attitude Pattaya is one low-rise building of eight floors with 146 units. The developer is The Urban Property Co., Ltd. Shared facilities include:

• a swimming pool
• a fitness room
• garden areas
• a lift
• a car park
• 24-hour security with CCTV

Units come as studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. In an eight-storey building the view depends more on which side a unit faces than on the floor, so ask whether a unit looks over the pool or towards the neighbouring buildings.

• Whether the unit looks over the pool, the street or the next building.
• Whether a parking space comes with the unit.
• The project name. The Urban Condominium, also listed as The Urban Pattaya, is an older project by the same developer on Pattaya Second Road, so make sure a listing means The Urban Attitude.
