The tower stands on the west side of Sukhumvit Road (Highway 3) in South Pattaya, within Nong Prue sub-district, Bang Lamung. Sukhumvit is the highway along the eastern edge of the city, so the building is easy to reach by car from out of town, and drivers coming along the far carriageway use a U-turn to reach the entrance.

Big C Super Center South Pattaya is about 400 metres away, Makro South Pattaya is close by, and Thepprasit Night Market is a short drive. South Pattaya Beach is about 2.7 km away in a straight line and further by road, so most residents reach the beach by car, motorbike or taxi.
