What is it like to live in Central Pattaya?
Central Pattaya is the densest and busiest part of Pattaya, and almost all of its housing is condominium towers. Life here is walkable: Beach Road, Second Road and Central Pattaya Road carry most of the songthaew traffic, so you can manage without a car. The
Known in Thai as Pattaya Klang, it is the part of the city facing the middle of Pattaya Beach and running inland on both sides of Central Pattaya Road. Pattaya Beach runs about 2.7 km in front of it, and the Central Pattaya mall, with entrances on Beach Road and Second Road, is the main shopping stop.
How do you choose a condo in Central Pattaya?
Ask about noise if you sleep lightly: a unit on a high floor facing away from the main road is quieter. Check whether the building has a parking space for you if you have a car.
