Living at THE BASE

The project has two residential towers, of 31 and 27 floors, on about 6 rai (about 9,600 sqm), with a multi-storey car-park building beside them. Residents share a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a children's playground and kids' club, gardens, a lobby and lifts, with key-card access, CCTV and 24-hour security.

With 1,112 units it is a big community, right in the city. The Pattaya Night Bazaar is about 150 to 200 m away and The Avenue mall about 150 to 300 m, so food and shopping are on foot. You may also see the name written as The Base Pattaya or Base Condo Pattaya.

Layouts: 1-bedroom and two kinds of 2-bedroom

1-bedroom units are about 29 to 35 sqm. There are two 2-bedroom types: with one bathroom, about 50.5 to 51.5 sqm, and with two bathrooms, about 62 to 71 sqm. If two people who are not a couple share, the 2-bathroom layout is worth the extra rent. Compare it with what we list in condos for rent.

Second Road and what is nearby

THE BASE sits on the east side of Pattaya Second Road, between Sai Song Soi 11 and Soi 13, directly behind and beside EDGE Central Pattaya by the same developer. It is in the middle of Central Pattaya.

In a straight line, Central Pattaya mall is about 300 to 450 m away (about 0.7 km by road) and Pattaya City Hospital about 0.2 to 0.45 km. Beach Road is a short walk west along the sois.
