EDGE Central Pattaya is one of the newer towers in the city centre: 31 floors and 603 units by Sansiri, finished in 2021, on Second Road about 300 m from the beach. The beach, the mall and Walking Street are all within walking distance. Tenants and buyers pay 09Wi no fee.

Living at EDGE

The tower stands on a plot of about 2 rai (3,200 sqm). The rooftop swimming pool is on the 31st floor and the fitness centre on the 30th, with a sauna and steam room, a 5th-floor garden, a lobby and lifts. Access is by key card, with 24-hour security and CCTV.

Car parking covers about 19% of units, so if you drive, ask us early whether a space comes with the unit. Daily needs are on foot: The Avenue mall with its cinema is about 120 to 200 m away and the Pattaya Night Bazaar about 200 to 260 m. Its Thai name is เอดจ์ เซ็นทรัล พัทยา, and you may also see it as Edge Condo Pattaya.

1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms and the studio label

EDGE has 1-bedroom units of about 26 to 33.5 sqm and 2-bedroom units of about 48.25 to 60.25 sqm. The smallest 1-bedroom layout, about 26 to 27.5 sqm, is often advertised as a studio, so compare the floor plan and the size when you look at condos for rent in the area.

Resale units include both foreign-quota and Thai-quota units, so a foreign buyer must check the quota status of the exact unit with the juristic office before paying a deposit, and bring the purchase money from abroad. Our guide for foreign buyers explains the paperwork.

Second Road and what is nearby

EDGE is on the east side of Pattaya Second Road at the corner of Soi 13, also known as Soi Diana, about midway between Central Pattaya Road and South Pattaya Road. THE BASE Central Pattaya, by the same developer, is directly next door.

In a straight line, Central Pattaya mall is about 330 to 440 m away (about 0.6 km by road), Pattaya City Hospital about 0.3 to 0.45 km, Royal Garden Plaza about 430 to 520 m and the north entrance of Walking Street about 0.9 km. See Central Pattaya for the wider area.
