Location and getting around

The resort is in Na Jomtien sub-district, which belongs to Sattahip district even though the project carries the Pattaya name. It sits inland from the Jomtien and Na Jomtien beaches. Our Na Jomtien area guide covers the beaches, markets and roads in this part of the coast.

A car or motorbike makes daily life easier here than in central Pattaya. Without one, residents use motorbike taxis, ride-hailing apps or the songthaews on the Jomtien roads. Ask us for the map pin and directions before a viewing, because the entrance is reached through local sois.

Blue Sky Group launched the project in 2013 and began building it in 2014. It has four buildings of eight floors each, named Antonio, Bellini, Casanova and Marco Polo, with 990 units across the site. Shared facilities include:

Who the Venetian suits

The studios and one-bedroom units suit single people, couples and long-stay renters on a budget who want a pool and a gym inside the project. The two-bedroom units of about 64 square metres work for small families. A low-rise site of four eight-storey buildings with landscaped gardens is a different setting from a tower block.

People who want to walk to bars and restaurants every evening may prefer Jomtien Beach Road or central Pattaya. Those who drive, or who like a quieter base, will find Na Jomtien easier to live in.

What to check before you rent or buy

Which of the four buildings the unit is in, the floor and what it looks over.
The walk from the unit to the pool, the gym and the car park, since the site is spread out.
Whether a parking space comes with the unit.
