The project has three buildings of 8 floors on about 7,000 sqm of land. The common fee is about THB 49 per sqm per month, against about THB 30 at The Trust or Supalai Mare. We confirm the current fee with the juristic office before a sale. Location and what is nearby

Soi Bongkot 8 runs off Pattaya Third Road, inland in Central Pattaya and towards the South Pattaya side of the city. In a straight line, Pattaya City Hospital is about 550 to 600 m away, and Central Pattaya mall, Big C Extra on Third Road and King Power Pattaya are about 1 km each. Alcazar Cabaret is about 1.6 km away.
