The project has five buildings, A to E, each of 8 floors, on about 9 rai (about 14,400 sqm). Shared facilities include a lagoon-style pool with a jacuzzi and water slides, a clubhouse, a fitness centre, a sauna and steam room, an on-site restaurant and cafe, a children's playground and gardens, with car parking and 24-hour security with CCTV.

The project has a resort feel. It suits renters who want a newer building with a big pool, and families whose children will use the slides. You may see it written as DGP2 or Dusit Grand Park 2 Jomtien.
