Wat Phra Yai on Big Buddha Hill is about 600 metres away and Dong Tan Beach, at the north end of Jomtien, about 1.7 to 1.8 kilometres. Facilities include swimming pools, a gym, a sauna, a children's playground, gardens, parking and 24-hour security. One-bedroom units are about 25 to 28 square metres and two-bedroom units start at about 49. 09Wi arranges viewings on request.

The area

Pratumnak

Pratumnak is the hill between Pattaya Beach and Jomtien Beach, known in Thai as Khao Phra Tamnak. Its summit, about 98 m, is the highest natural point in Pattaya City, with Wat Phra Yai and its golden Big Buddha on top. Small beaches ring the headland, the sois are steep and quiet, and housing ranges from high-rise towers to lower-density condos and villas. Walking Street and Bali Hai Pier are just below the north side.

What deposit does 1 Bed Condo, Arcadia Beach Resort need?
