The project sits on a side soi off Thappraya Road, the road that runs from South Pattaya over the shoulder of Pratumnak Hill towards Jomtien. Wat Phra Yai on Big Buddha Hill is about 600 metres away, and Dong Tan Beach at the north end of Jomtien is about 1.7 to 1.8 kilometres in a straight line.

Walking Street is about 1.6 kilometres to the north west and Bali Hai Pier, for boats to Koh Larn, about 1.8 kilometres. Thepprasit Night Market is about 2.1 kilometres to the east. Without a car, a motorbike or a ride-hailing app is the practical way to reach either beach.
