View Talay 6

View Talay 6 is a single residential tower. Shared facilities are an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness room and 24-hour security with CCTV.

Units come as studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. The most common layout is 48 square metres, offered as either a studio or a one-bedroom, which gives more floor space than many compact studios in the city. Larger units run from about 86 to 153 square metres: one-bedrooms of about 88 to 108 square metres, and two-bedrooms of 86, 139 and 153 square metres.

From the upper floors the view runs south along Pattaya Beach towards Bali Hai and Pratumnak Hill, and north over the Central Festival roof towards North Pattaya and Naklua. The Hilton tower stands immediately to the north, so the outlook changes a lot from one side of the building to the other.

Several condominiums around Pattaya and Jomtien carry the View Talay name, so check that a listing gives the Pattaya Second Road address beside Central Festival. Ask the owner or the juristic office for the current common fee and what it covers, and whether the unit includes parking, since space for cars in central Pattaya is tight.
