Serenity sits at the end of Soi Naklua 16 in Na Kluea, directly behind The Palm Wongamat. The last stretch of the drive is along Soi Baan Plai Haad, and the Baan Plai Haad condo is next door. The nearest sand is the pair of small coves to the north of the building, Crescent Moon and Palm Beach, about 200 m away. The main Wong Amat Beach is about 335 m away in a straight line.

The Sanctuary of Truth is about 0.5 km from the building. Terminal 21 Pattaya is about 2.2 km away, Bang Lamung Hospital about 2.3 km, Pattaya City Hall about 2.4 km and Bangkok Hospital Pattaya about 2.8 km. Units are compact. Studios are about 21 to 23 sqm, 1-bedrooms about 32 sqm and 2-bedrooms about 43 to 51 sqm, so the whole range runs from about 21 to 51 sqm. The common area fee is ฿50 per sqm per month, which keeps the monthly fee on a small unit low in absolute terms.

Who Serenity Wongamat suits

Small units in a low-rise building suit one person or a couple who want a base near the Wongamat beaches without the scale of a large tower. A rooftop pool with a sea view is a good fit for someone who spends the day at home and wants somewhere to cool off in the evening. Studios of about 21 to 23 sqm are tight for two people living there full time, so couples on a long stay may prefer the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts.

View. The rooftop pool looks over the sea, but the view from each unit depends on its floor and side, and The Palm stands directly in front. Ask which way the unit faces and look out of the window at the viewing.
Storage and layout. In a 21 sqm studio, check the wardrobe space, the kitchen area and where a desk would go before you commit to a long lease.
Condition. Test the air conditioners, hot water and water pressure, and ask what furniture and appliances stay with the unit.
Parking and pets. Ask whether a parking space comes with the unit, and check the pet rules with the juristic office before you sign.
