Location and getting around

The building is on Soi Na Jomtien 6 in Na Chom Thian subdistrict, Sattahip District. That is Na Jomtien, outside Pattaya City, so addresses use the Sattahip postcode 20250. The sand of Jomtien Beach is about 270 metres away in a straight line.

Its direct neighbour is The Riviera Monaco, about 55 metres away, and Veranda Residence Pattaya is about 180 metres away. A 7-Eleven is about 235 metres away. Central Jomtien and Pattaya are a drive north, so a car or motorbike makes daily life easier here.

Nam Talay Condo was developed by Nova Group, the company behind Novana Residence and The Palm Wongamat. Shared facilities are a swimming pool, a fitness room, a garden, car parking, a lobby with lifts and 24-hour security with CCTV.

Studios are about 26 to 27 square metres, one-bedrooms start from about 40 square metres, and there are some two-bedroom units. The view depends on the floor and the side of the building, so ask for both on any unit you consider.

Who it suits

The building suits people who want a short walk to the beach on the quieter south end of the coast, such as long-stay tenants, retirees and remote workers. Studios and one-bedrooms suit one person or a couple. Na Jomtien is a quieter stretch of coast than central Jomtien, with a longer drive into Pattaya for shopping and nightlife.

The exact building. Several condominiums stand close together on this part of Na Jomtien, so check the Nam Talay Condo name and Soi Na Jomtien 6 on the advert and the contract.
The floor and the view. Ask which side the unit faces and whether the sea is visible.
The local office. Na Jomtien is outside Pattaya City, so ask which municipality covers the address for local paperwork.
