Location and getting around

The project sits just west of Naklua Road, beside Soi Naklua 16/1, close to the shops and cafés along Naklua Road. The name ties it to Wongamat, but the towers are set back from the sand: in a straight line Wong Amat Beach is about 720 metres away, Terminal 21 Pattaya about 1 km and the Sanctuary of Truth about 1.2 km.

The towers and the units

Lumpini Ville Naklua-Wongamat has three towers: A with 20 floors, B with 28 and C with 30. Shared facilities are a swimming pool, a fitness room, a garden and 24-hour security with CCTV, and there is a restaurant on site.

Units are mainly compact studios and one-bedrooms, with some two-bedrooms. Because the towers differ in height, the view and the light depend on the tower, the floor and the side of the building. Ask for those three details on any unit before you view it.

Who it suits

The building suits long-stay tenants and owner-occupiers who want a compact unit in a large managed building close to Naklua's shops and restaurants, with Wongamat Beach and Terminal 21 a short ride away. Studios and one-bedrooms work well for one person or a couple; families usually look at the two-bedroom units or at larger buildings nearby.

What to check before you rent or buy

The exact project. Lumpini Condo Town North Pattaya-Sukhumvit on Sukhumvit Road is a different LPN project, so check the name and the Naklua Road location on the advert and the contract.
The tower, the floor and the side the unit faces.
Pets. Ask the juristic office about the building's pet rules before you sign.
