Espana Condo Resort Pattaya is a low-rise project of seven buildings, each eight floors high, on the southern part of Jomtien Second Road. It was completed in 2018. Its Thai name is เอสปันญ่า คอนโด รีสอร์ท พัทยา, and adverts also call it Espana Condo Jomtien.

Location and getting there

The project sits on Jomtien Second Road (Jomtien Sai 2), on the southern stretch of the road, in Nong Prue sub-district of Bang Lamung. Beyond G Paradise Pattaya, about 150 m away, is the nearest neighbouring project.

It belongs to the Jomtien area, still inside Pattaya City, and is a different district from Na Jomtien further south in Sattahip. Ask during the viewing how long the trips you make often will take, whether to the beach, the shops or Thepprasit Road.

The buildings and facilities

Espana Condo Resort Pattaya is made up of seven buildings of eight floors, completed in 2018. Shared facilities include:

Units are studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. With seven buildings on one site, the walk from your door to the pool, the lobby and the car park changes from one unit to the next, and so does the view, since some units face the pool and others face outward. Tell us which you prefer.

Who it suits

The studios and one-bedroom units suit single people and couples on a yearly lease who like low-rise living with a pool in the grounds. The two-bedroom units give small families or people working from home more room.

What to check before you rent or buy

Building and floor. Ask which of the seven buildings the unit is in and how far it is from the pool and the entrance.
View. Ask whether the unit faces the pool or outward, and visit at the time of day you will be home most.
Parking. Ask whether a space comes with the unit and where guests park.
Pets. Ask the juristic office for the current house rules.
