The project is reached from Pattaya-Naklua Road by turning into Soi Naklua 16, and it sits at the shore of Wong Amat Beach. Its registered location is Wong Amat Beach, off Pattaya-Naklua Road, Na Kluea, Bang Lamung, Chon Buri. Residents reach the sand directly by a slope behind the building, and the beach looks across to the Sanctuary of Truth, about 500 metres away.

Garden Cliff Resort is next door. Sansiri launched the project in September 2012 under the name Baan Plai Haad Wong Amat, and the site covers 4 rai 2 ngan 78 square wah, about 7,512 sqm.

Baan Plai Haad suits people who want a beachfront address in Wongamat with its own path from the grounds down to the sand. There are no studios, so the smallest units already give a couple a proper one-bedroom home, the two-bedroom units suit small families or a home office, and the three-bedroom units of up to about 154 sqm suit larger families and owners who want space for visiting relatives. Swimmers can choose between the ground-floor pool and the Sky Pool, and the sea-view gym makes daily training easy.
