The tower is on Soi Naklua 16 in Na Kluea subdistrict, one of the sois that link Naklua Road with the Wongamat beach area. Wong Amat Beach is roughly 0.7 to 0.8 kilometres to the west and Naklua Road about 500 metres to the east, both in a straight line.

Terminal 21 Pattaya is about 1.4 kilometres to the south and Central Marina about 1.9 kilometres, so a big shop is a short ride away. The Sanctuary of Truth is about 1.2 kilometres to the north. Naklua Road carries songthaews towards the Dolphin Roundabout and the rest of the city.

Upkeep. Ask the juristic office about recent work on the lifts, the pool and the common areas, and check water pressure and the air conditioning in the unit.
