Where are the pool villas in Jomtien?
Most Jomtien villas sit back from the sea, between Jomtien Second Road, Thepprasit Road and Sukhumvit Road, in the side streets and estates where there is room for a garden and pool. From there it is a short drive or songthaew ride to the beach, the night markets and the restaurants along Jomtien Beach Road. Jomtien Beach runs about 6 km south of the Pratumnak headland and is quieter in the evening than Pattaya Beach.
On the Sukhumvit side you are close to family days out such as Underwater World Pattaya and the Pattaya Floating Market. Central Pattaya and Walking Street are about 3 to 4 km away over Thappraya Road.
What should you ask before booking a Jomtien villa?
Tell us how many guests, children included, and whether you want to walk to the beach or are happy to drive. From some, yes. In November 2026 several villas we list in Jomtien were 500 m or less from the beach on foot, according to their owners, for example on Jomtien Soi 17 and Soi 18, while others were 600 m to 5 km from the sand. Each listing states the distance its owner gives. Tell us if walking distance matters and we will shortlist only those.
How far is Jomtien from Pattaya city?
