The Peak Towers is a pair of high-rise towers on Pratumnak Soi 1, near Cosy Beach on Pratumnak Hill. Vistas Development Co., Ltd. completed the project in 2016 with 474 units, and Tower A has an infinity-edge pool on its roof. Location: Pratumnak Soi 1, near Cosy Beach

The towers stand on Pratumnak Soi 1, in the Cosy Beach area of Pratumnak Hill, and drivers reach them by Soi Kasetsin 9 (ถนนเกษตรสิน 9). Cosy Beach and the Royal Varuna Yacht Club are a short stroll away, and central Pattaya and Walking Street are a few minutes down the hill by car or motorbike taxi. Jomtien is a short ride in the other direction.

Two towers, facilities and unit sizes

The project has two towers, Tower A and Tower B, with 474 units in total on up to 30 floors. It was developed by Vistas Development Co., Ltd. and completed in 2016. Tower A holds the main pool on the 2nd floor and an infinity-edge pool on the roof. Other shared facilities are a fitness room, a sauna, a sky lounge, landscaped gardens, car parking, key-card access, CCTV and 24-hour security.

Units range from studios of about 30 to 32 sqm to 1-bedrooms of about 41 to 68 sqm and 2-bedrooms from about 82 sqm. Views depend on the side and height of each unit.

Who The Peak Towers suits

The towers suit people who want a high-rise on Pratumnak Hill with two pools, a gym and car parking, within walking distance of Cosy Beach. The studios work for one person or a holiday base, the larger 1-bedrooms of up to about 68 sqm suit couples who work from home, and the 2-bedrooms give families room.

What to check before you rent or buy here

Tower and floor. Ask whether the unit is in Tower A or B, which floor and which way it faces. Both pools are in Tower A.
Real size. 1-bedrooms range from about 41 to 68 sqm, so compare the floor area rather than the label.
Parking. Ask whether a car space comes with the unit.
House rules. If you have a pet or plan short stays for guests, ask the juristic office for the current rules in writing.

Buying. Foreign quota is checked unit by unit with the juristic office. Ask for a letter showing the common fees are paid up to date, and read what foreigners can own in Thailand before you make an offer.
