The address is 267/65 Moo 12, Nong Prue sub-district, Bang Lamung, among the residential lanes of Pratumnak Hill, the headland between South Pattaya and Jomtien. The sea is about 400 to 700 metres from the buildings, and Dongtan Beach is close by. Wat Phra Yai, the temple on Big Buddha Hill, is a short ride up the hill, and Walking Street is a short taxi trip away.

A 9-hole golf course (Asia Pattaya) is a few hundred metres from the project. Most residents get around the hill by car, motorbike or ride-hailing app, so factor transport into your plans if you will not drive.

The Siam Oriental Trading Co., Ltd., the company behind the Siam Oriental Condos brand, built Tropical Garden as three buildings of eight floors with 427 units in total. The centre of the project is a lagoon-style communal pool of about 1,000 square metres, set in tropical landscaped gardens.

The other shared facilities are a fitness centre, a lobby, a basement car park and 24-hour security with CCTV.

Units are studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms, from about 25 to 85 square metres. Studios at the smaller end suit one person, while the larger two-bedrooms give a family or a buyer with regular guests room to spread out.
