Living at Copacabana

There are three pools: on floor 30 with a 180-degree sea view, an infinity pool on floor 40 and a rooftop pool on floor 59. The double-height fitness centre is on floor 3 and a sport court on floor 6. In front of the project, on Jomtien Beach Road, is a 2,000 sqm beach club with a sunken bar.

The building also has 24 pocket gardens, a sauna and steam room, a children's play zone, a 24-hour concierge, valet parking and a shuttle to the shopping malls every 1 to 2 hours. Unit types, including private-pool units

1-bedroom units run from about 29 to 46.5 sqm, with larger 1-bedroom layouts of 64.5 and 80 sqm; the 80 sqm type has its own private pool. 2-bedroom units are about 64 to 72 sqm. The tower stands on Jomtien Beach Road, also called Jomtien Sai 1, between Jomtien Soi 8 and Soi 9. The beach is about 170 m away, across the road. The Jomtien Night Market is next door, about 25 to 140 m away.
