This is part of Pratumnak, the residential headland between South Pattaya and Jomtien, where the sois run down from the main road towards small beaches. Pratumnak Beach is about 100 to 200 m from the building, close enough for an early swim before work.

Wat Phra Yai, the Big Buddha temple on the hilltop, is about 1.3 km away. Pratumnak Road links the area with South Pattaya to the north and with Thappraya Road and Jomtien to the south, so Walking Street and Jomtien Beach are both a short drive or songthaew ride away.
